Hi everyone! My name is Heather. I’ma Christian, wife, dog mom, daughter, friend, teacher, and health enthusiast. I would love to share with you how this journey started for me.

In 2015, I really started to care more about my health. By that time in my life, I was already working out and watching what I ate. However, I was tossing and turning at night, ate chocolate during my planning periods as a teacher, and had horrible digestive issues. Migraines were a normal part of my month. I began taking products from a company that focused on my gut health, inflammation, and blood sugar levels. Thankfully, I began feeling better and making better food choices.

Dancing through life with no problems, my whole world turned upside down in June 2016. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 25. I had been married for 3 weeks and we were extremely excited for this next chapter in our life. Through the hardest time of my life, I began researching like crazy. I realized I had to move towards a non-toxic lifestyle as much as I could.

By the grace of God and the support from my wonderful husband, family and friends I am now thriving to live a fuller life. Little by little, I have changed my household into a non-toxic environment. I am by no means a doctor, but I do research every ingredient I put into my body. I am not perfect and still love a good taco Tuesday or a Clemson tailgate! With a little love and a lot of passion for health, I wanted to share some of my health journey and favorites to help you get inspired as well. I am excited to jump into this new journey with you all!
